These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the s101bd platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, account management tools, payment services, and customer support facilities available at s101bd.net and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces operated by s101bd.

By taking any of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as by the s101bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference:

• Logging into an existing s101bd account

• Placing a bet on any sports market including cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, or any Bangladesh Tigers fixture
• Playing any casino game, slot, crash game, or live dealer table on the s101bd platform
• Claiming or opting into any bonus, promotional offer, or free spin campaign

Governing Language

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the s101bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and s101bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Account Security

Account Transfers

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on s101bd is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your s101bd wallet balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. s101bd does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms. s101bd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until ownership of the payment method is verified to the platform's satisfaction.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on s101bd is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed. s101bd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or high-value.

Currency and Conversion

All balances on s101bd are held in BDT. s101bd does not hold player funds in foreign currencies or perform currency conversion on player accounts. The ৳ (Bangladeshi Taka) symbol is the currency symbol used throughout the platform.

Dormant Accounts

An s101bd account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. s101bd may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to a dormant account balance after this period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in.

All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on s101bd are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion at the time of opt-in. For example, a bonus described as having a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above who meet the specific qualification criteria for each promotion. s101bd reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion. Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of credit to your account. Any unplayed bonus funds or uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be voided without compensation.

Prohibited Bonus Strategies

The following wagering strategies are prohibited when bonus funds are active on your account and will be treated as bonus abuse:

• Low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play risk (e.g., betting both sides of the same market)
• Placing only minimum-house-edge wagers on table games where those game categories are excluded from or contribute minimally to wagering requirements
• Coordinated play between multiple accounts to pass bonus value between players

Where bonus abuse is detected, s101bd reserves the right to void the bonus and all winnings derived from the bonus, and to close the player's account. s101bd's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

s101bd is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Bangladesh players. All casino game outcomes on s101bd are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Sports betting odds are set by a professional trading team and reflect genuine market conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on s101bd:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using any software, device, algorithm, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players, including bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or card-counting software.
• Collusion: Working with other players or third parties to share information, coordinate bets, or otherwise manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20, or Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — where you have any knowledge of, or involvement in, match manipulation or spot fixing.
• Money Laundering: Using s101bd as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering the proceeds of illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, harassing, or abusive language toward s101bd support staff or other users of the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider for a deposit made on s101bd.

Game Providers and RNG Certification

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, cheating, collusion, or money laundering
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player identity
• Fraudulent chargeback or unjustified payment dispute
• Abusive or threatening conduct toward s101bd staff or other players
• Account operation by a person under 18 years of age
• Self-exclusion request made by the account holder
• Any other conduct determined by s101bd to be harmful to the integrity of the platform

Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, s101bd reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where fraud, cheating, or money laundering is confirmed, all funds in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their s101bd account voluntarily — including through the responsible gaming self-exclusion tools — may do so at any time by accessing the responsible gaming settings in their account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

• Loss of data, account access, or account balance due to circumstances beyond s101bd's reasonable control

• Any indirect or consequential losses not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered into this agreement

Platform Availability

s101bd aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure issues, or factors outside s101bd's control may occasionally affect platform availability. s101bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Third-Party Game and Odds Accuracy

Sports betting odds on s101bd are set in good faith based on available information at the time of market creation. In the event of a manifest error in an odds price — for example, a cricket match winner market offered at a clearly incorrect price due to a data feed error — s101bd reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to refund stakes to the affected players' accounts.

Changes to Platform Features

s101bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, betting market, promotional campaign, or payment method on the platform at any time. Where a discontinuation directly affects existing player balances or active bonus terms, s101bd will take reasonable steps to communicate the change to affected players in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of s101bd shall be governed by applicable law. s101bd operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representations about the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. By using s101bd, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself that doing so is lawful in your location.
